Booking Logistics
How quickly can I expect a response after booking?
We review and confirm all booking requests within 24 hours during standard business days. You will receive an email confirmation with your secure prep materials as soon as your slot is finalized.
What is your deposit and payment policy?
A 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment time on our calendar. The remaining balance will be seamlessly collected at the conclusion of your session.
What happens if I need to reschedule?
Life happens. You can reschedule your session up to 48 hours before your appointment time without penalty. Cancellations made within the 48-hour window will forfeit the initial deposit.
Do you offer remote sessions, or only in-person?
Both paths are available. Remote sessions are held via a secure Zoom link and carry the exact same energetic focus and impact as our in-person visits at the Denver studio.
