My healing journey didn't begin because I wanted to become someone different. It began because I wanted to come back to myself - through energy healing, nervous-system work, and ultimately 9D Breathwork.

THE STORY BEHIND LUSTRART

A Journey of Reconnection

Art became one of my first sanctuaries — a place where the noise quieted and something inside me could breathe again. That exploration eventually led me deeper into energy healing, emotional release, nervous-system work, and ultimately 9D Breathwork.

And I began to understand something that would become the heart of LustrArt Healing:
Healing isn't always about fixing what's wrong. Sometimes it's about creating enough space to remember what was there all along.

"You are not too much. You are not behind. You are not broken."

LustrArt Healing was created for the woman who has spent years being the one everyone can count on.

The woman who manages the career, the family, the responsibilities, the decisions, and the invisible emotional weight - often while telling everyone around her, "I'm fine."

She may look completely capable from the outside while quietly knowing something inside of her is asking for more. More space. More connection. More creativity. More peace. More of herself.

I wanted to create a different kind of healing experience - one that didn't require women to endlessly analyze themselves or treat themselves like another problem that needed to be solved.

Instead, LustrArt Healing creates experiences where women can slow down, reconnect with their bodies, release what they've been carrying, listen inward, and rediscover the parts of themselves that may have been buried beneath years of responsibility and survival.

How the Radiant Reset Method Began ?

As my own work evolved, I realized that the practices that had supported me most weren't separate tools. They were pieces of a much larger journey.

That realization became the Radiant Reset™ Method — the signature methodology at the heart of LustrArt Healing.

Depending on the experience, this work may incorporate 9D Breathwork, energy healing, Emotion Code and Body Code practices, crystals, grounding, journaling, creative expression, nature-based experiences, and intentional integration.

The modality isn't the destination. Coming back to yourself is.

Because lasting transformation isn't simply about having a powerful experience. It's about learning how to carry what you discover back into your everyday life.

My Mission

My mission through LustrArt Healing is to help women release the emotional weight they've been carrying, reconnect with their inner wisdom, and rediscover the light, creativity, confidence, and possibility that still exists within them.

I believe we need more spaces where women don't have to perform, achieve, explain, or hold everything together. Spaces where they can simply arrive. Breathe. Feel. Release. Create. Reconnect. And remember themselves again.

Because I don't believe our light disappears when life becomes difficult. Sometimes it simply gets buried beneath responsibility, expectations, grief, stress, survival, and everything we've learned to carry.

The light was never gone. And LustrArt Healing exists to help you find your way back to it.

More Than a Healing Session

My vision for LustrArt Healing extends far beyond individual sessions. I'm creating an ecosystem of healing experiences, education, music, community, retreats, guided journeys, creative tools, and resources that women can return to throughout different seasons of their lives.

A place where healing doesn't end when the breathwork journey ends. A place where personal growth can continue through reflection, creativity, community, music, education, and everyday practices.

Ultimately, I'm not interested in simply building an audience. I'm building a sanctuary. A community where women can come exactly as they are, reconnect with who they have always been, and discover what becomes possible when they stop living entirely from survival and begin living from their own inner radiance.
